Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access, browse, register on, or use any part of the okbajiee website, mobile web application, or any related service operated under the okbajiee brand ("the Platform"). The Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of this document.

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is binding regardless of whether you have read the Terms in full. okbajiee strongly recommends that all users read this document before creating an account or making any financial transaction on the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okbajiee. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the okbajiee Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. okbajiee operates a strict 18+ policy. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money game or market on the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Voluntary participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or compulsory, that would prevent you from using gambling services.
• Single account: You must not hold, or have previously held, an account on okbajiee that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

okbajiee enforces age verification through mobile number authentication and National Identity Card (NID) document checks as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts where the registered user is found to be under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended. Any funds held in such accounts will be returned through the original deposit method after verification, and no winnings generated during the period of underage use will be payable.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on okbajiee, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on okbajiee. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okbajiee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Any activity carried out through your account before such notification is made will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

KYC Verification

In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, okbajiee may request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

okbajiee supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard players, though enhanced verification may be required for deposits above ৳100,000.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. okbajiee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• okbajiee does not charge deposit fees on standard BDT transactions via local payment methods. International card transactions may incur fees imposed by the card issuer.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time for verified accounts is under two hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the okbajiee account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests submitted above ৳10,000 require two-step account verification before processing.
• okbajiee reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend the standard processing time in exceptional circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Currency & Exchange

The okbajiee Platform operates exclusively in BDT for all player-facing transactions. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through local Bangladeshi payment methods. For Visa and Mastercard transactions originating in a foreign currency, conversion to BDT will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant card network at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

okbajiee offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balances expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• okbajiee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is identified.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, the decision of okbajiee is final.

Gameplay & Fair Use

All games offered on okbajiee — including slot machines, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or real-time data feeds supplied by internationally recognised game studios and data providers. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published on individual game pages where available.

Players agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose that could adversely affect the integrity of the Platform or its other users. Any use of automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform's games, betting markets, or payment systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules governing the settlement of sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports available on the Platform — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. These rules cover matters such as match abandonment, void bets, live bet acceptance, and maximum payout limits per event. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable sports rules before placing any wager.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, okbajiee reserves the right to declare the affected round or wager void and return the original stake to the player's account. No claim for winnings based on a malfunctioned game state will be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbajiee Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, scraper, or AI system to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any form of financial fraud.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or on behalf of any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content via the Platform's communication features.

Responsible Gaming

okbajiee is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming among all of its players. We recognise that gambling can be entertaining and enjoyable for the vast majority of players, but we also acknowledge that for a small number of individuals, gambling can develop into a harmful compulsion. We take our duty of care to those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all okbajiee account holders and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Reality Check: Enable on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net profit or loss at regular intervals.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the okbajiee Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of okbajiee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from okbajiee.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of okbajiee.
• Use the okbajiee brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion with any other product or service.

Game content displayed on the Platform is owned by the respective third-party game studios — including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is used under licence. All intellectual property rights in such game content belong to the respective studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbajiee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether okbajiee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the above, okbajiee is not liable for:

• Losses arising from errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by technical malfunction or data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failure, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from the use of compromised login credentials.
• Decisions made by payment processing partners that result in delays, blocks, or reversals of deposits or withdrawals.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbajiee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

okbajiee reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via on-platform notifications or email. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Account Closure by the Player

You may close your okbajiee account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat or at support@okbajiee. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, okbajiee will process any outstanding balance in your account (subject to pending wagering requirements) within 5 business days. Closure requests made during an active bonus period will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

Account Suspension or Closure by okbajiee

okbajiee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant. Dormant account balances are maintained and remain withdrawable upon re-verification of identity.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which okbajiee operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to any laws regulating online gambling in Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Platform, your account, or any game outcome, you should first contact the okbajiee support team via live chat or at support@okbajiee. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our management team. All escalated disputes will be reviewed within 10 business days. okbajiee's decision on all game-related disputes, including RNG outcomes, sports bet settlement, and bonus calculation, is final unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
